Oral Presenter Guidelines

Guidelines for presenters of oral presentations can be downloaded here. Please take a few moments to read carefully.
The full conference programme is available on the website. Please ensure that you check the website to find out the date, time and location of your presentation.

Oral presenters are not required to present a poster.


Poster Presentation Guidelines

All poster presenters should arrive at the Conference Registration Desk on Sunday 3rd September 2017 from 1 pm, in the O’Brien Centre for Science, UCD. You will receive instructions where your allotted poster place will be. The poster display will be open to all delegates attending the Conference on Sunday 3rd– Wednesday 6th September.

All posters are required to be A0 size in Portrait Orientation (0.84 x 1.19 m). Failure to follow this requirement will mean that the poster will not fit on the allotted board.

You will be required to stand by your poster during your allotted poster viewing session to answer any questions that delegates may have.
